Family Dinner

Since Tim's parents were here from N.C. and my family doesn't get to see them very often, we decided to have everyone over for a cookout. We had beer can chicken and grilled veggies, potato salad, rolls and apple pie for dessert. It was so nice to just sit back and relax and enjoy the company. Plus the weather was beautiful so we got to eat outside on the deck. Everyone had a good time and there was no shortage of people willing to hold/amuse Nicholas and Collin. The whole evening couldn't have gone better. And then everyone left and our sink flooded and the shade came off of the window. Whatever happened to the perfect ending to a perfect day? Fortunately, Tim and his Dad fixed both little disasters.
