Math Lesson

Collin: "Mom, how much is 3+2?"
Me: "I don't know Collin, how much is it?"
Collin: "4"
Me: "No. " Holding up 3 fingers on one hand and 2 on the other. "How many fingers do I have up if I have 3 on this hand and 2 on this one?"
Collin: "A lot!" Lots of giggles.
Me: "Smarty Pants. Try it again. How many fingers do I have up?"
Collin: "1, 2, 3, 4, 5. 5 fingers Mom".
